Re: Replacement Theology Man Highlights
Interesting.....
Hank Hanegraaff’s Conference On Preterism And Replacement Theology...
You do not have to listen to many teachers very long before you are able to determine whether or not they hold to Replacement Theology. In brief, Replacement Theology is the belief that the Church has replaced Israel in every blessing. However, one should point out that those who hold to this erroneous view only attribute Israel’s blessings to the Church, they shy away from any judgements. Replacement Theology is a shining example of poor Biblical interpretation....
It all culminated to a head when Hanegraaff stated with authority that Israel was the Harlot of Revelation, particularly Jerusalem.....
Israel and Replacement Theology
Partial Preterist advocates believe that ethnic Israel, the natural prodigy of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, no longer has any significance in prophetic matters. Kenneth Gentry wrote, “We believe that the international Church has superseded for all times national Israel as the institution for the administration of divine blessing to the world.” (1.)
It is a zealous passion for the Church and the Cross that causes Preterists to reject the idea of a restored Israel in her relationship with God. Preterist Gary DeMar stated, “There is nothing in Jesus’ teaching in this Gospel [of Matthew] which suggests that after this period of judgment [in 70 AD] there will be a restoration. Does the Bible, especially the New Testament, predict that the temple will be rebuilt? It does not. To make the temple of stone a permanent structure in the light of Jesus’ atoning work would be a denial of the Messiah and His redemptive mission.” (2.)
This replacement of the nation of Israel with the Church carries with it many troubling aspects, some that can be traced throughout history. .....

Re: Replacement Theology Man Highlights
Class....I'm baack...its' you know who!!!.....REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY MAN!!!
R.T. man.......Students, the very tool we must use to be a great Replacement Theologian is a tool called PHILOSOPHY.
Never, and I mean NEVER give up your philosophy as you read your Bible....JUST CHANGE THE BIBLE TO FIT YOUR PHILOSOPHY!!!
Its' easy peasy!....
R.T. man...Class, for thousands of years I have been teaching philosophy, trying to bury man in confusion and to keep him from seeing the plain truth....OOOOPS!...I "prophecied" again class!
I have a habit of prophecying from time to time also!
Class, you too can join me as we TAKE AWAY the promise God gave to the fathers of Israel, and CLAIM them for ourselves!
It's fun and easy...just see how I do it, then try for yourself...
Class, this is how all the wonderful denominations were produced that we see today....
Who knows, maybe YOU will be able to start a new denomination some day!!!
All because you took MY class of how to re-invent the meaning of a passage!
Dont forget your wonderful teacher, R.T. man, when you start your new religion, students!
There are PLAIN TEACHINGS that anger us, but by using this REPLACEMENT method, we can soothe our thoughts and be at peace with the Bible!
The key is this...YOU DONT HAVE TO CONFORM TO THE LITERAL BIBLE TEACHINGS, BUT YOU CAN MAKE THE BIBLE FIT YOUR TEACHING!!!
As a philosopher, you are reading and saying..."I dont believe, I dont believe...etc".
But when you change the meaning of the words to fit your philosophy, you suddenly see yourself saying..."I believe, I believe, I believe".
Student.....R.T. Man, are you sure it is okay to replace Israel with the church in all these O.T. and N.T. passages?
R.T. man....Why sure I am sure kid!
If you dont like it, why dont you just leave(and get off your mama's computer little boy...lol)
Kid, just take a long walk off a short dock...
Class, ignore that kid.
Just remember this, the Bible was made for you to CHANGE anytime you wish!
Notice how I told that little jerk to leave, class?
I learned that from my "evangelist" friend BENINCASA!

Re: Replacement Theology Man Highlights
The 5 steps to believing the lie are these...
2nd Thessalonians 2:8-12
1.
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth,
2.
and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
3.
And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
4.
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
5.
That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Brother Perez wouldn't you agree that those given a strong delusion from God are reprobate? Therefore cannot repent and be saved?

I do, these verses should be adequate warning for all of us in these last days.
Prior to the rapture of the church.
If we are not right we run the chance of being left.
