What battery? there was no battery she was gentle but firmly removed from badgering a candidate.

Please answer the question. Or was that the answer...that her walking next to Trump asking questions was enough to warrant the legal definition of simple battery? And again, the witness, who saw the incident and agreed it was more than just some "gentle" act.

And you don't know she was badgering Trump. She's walking next to him. The Secret Service never intervened. Trump appeared to be answering her and talking with her before she was yanked away.
