67 Baptized in Jesus Name This Weekend!
This past weekend, June 3-5, we baptized 67 people in Jesus name between our Friday night outdoor Praise & Worship event and the four regular Saturday and Sunday services!
Three or four times a year we interrupt our normal sermon track of going through the bible book by book, verse by verse to have these special Praise & Worship / Baptism weekends.
Friday nights are about 2 1/2 hours of just praise and worship ending with a baptismal service. This one was outdoors at a cool place called Cannonsburgh Village in our town. Then the two Saturday and two Sunday services the sermon is on baptism with each service ending with baptisms.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

What is the latest report, how fast is our Apostolic message growing?
Are we making progress or are we just holding our ground?
anyone care to enlighten me how we are doing?

Praise God. But did you tell those 67 people it takes water and spirit?

They were born of water when their mother gave birth to them!

CC1 the Bible says "few are chosen". I'm sorry but heaven has met its quota and there is no room for these people. Because your church is outside of the apostolic faith I'm afraid there's something not legit about these baptisms. Let me ask a few questions: does the preacher who did the baptizing believe that Acts 2:38 is the only way to be saved? Does his wife have cut hair, wear make up and jewelry or pants? Does he go to the movies? Does he bowl? Amusement parks? There are important qualifiers to determine if "we" can accept these baptisms.
It's easy to report 67 being baptized. The Sanhedrin needs more information in order to approve of these alleged "births of water".

Where is any of these nonsense stuff in the scriptures?
I do not think they had bowling alleys in Jerusalem.

Do you believe that Acts 2:38 is the only way to be saved?
