My experience is pretty limited to only Oneness Apostolic Christianity, and so, I don't have any working knowledge of how others treat the topic. Any info or links would be appreciated, if shared. Thanks.

It has been an issue since 195 A.D. and Clement of Alexandria.
In 361 A.D. Julian the Apostate grew a beard to distinguish himself from Roman Christian emperors. So, throughout history it has been to beard or not to beard, that is the question. In early Christendom showed mosaics of a resurrected Jesus as a youth. New Testament clean shaven youth, while the Old was represented as bearded.
But we have no prohibition in the Bible against facial hair, or admonishment to grow facial hair.

Do you cut and comb your hair out of vanity and pride?

Re: More On Beards
The church men that told me that facial hair can be a source of pride and therefore I must not have any were very proud to be clean shaven. I never met a man with facial hair that was proud of it- they wore it because it is masculine.
Now, today's yuppie millennials grow facial hair for vain reasons. And it's trendy. Limp wrist boys with beards and flannel, but they are allergic to dirty work. Like the reverse lesbian or something.

Re: More On Beards
I'm 42. I look so much younger without a beard. My lady love adores my beard because she says it makes me look older and distinguished. Here's a picture of me without a beard and a picture of me with a beard... she votes the beard. lol

I might do that. Or at least take a pic after I trim it down real close. Here's me right now... I was outside a few minutes ago, so I'm a little wind blown. lol
