WH, my perception is that you are a very serious guy who needs to lighten up a little here ....I'm not saying compromise yourself....There are other ultra cons here who flavor their posts with a little humor and the posts and the poster are made much more palatable to the moderates and liberals. If I am about to sound disagreeable, sometimes I type what I'm thinking then delete. That is analogous to counting to 10 and then speaking in the real world. It's worth a try for all.
I enjoy coming to this forum because of the diversity. I think you can learn a lot about people if you stay here and we can learn from you. ........However, maybe this is not the place for you. If you feel as though spending time here is pulling you down spiritually, then by all means - go. I think you might be able to grow in longsuffering and tolerance if you stayed. I'm not saying that last statement in jest. We can learn much from those who are different. They are not going to change you and you are not going to change them.
