I guess I will stay with my Bible. It may not be good enough for the carnal bunch. But, it is good enough for me.
This is lovely, Bro. Bill...those who do not understand or agree with you re 'standards' are carnal and twist, pervert, distort, and deny Scripture.

Interesting...

Interesting...
I was listening to a CD from a West Coast conservative here lately and this is exactly the logic he used, "If you don't believe what I am preaching, you don't love holiness and the word of God!"

I just wish he hadn't said in his sermon that he believes in the Easter Bunny.

I'm still laughing
Big Bill, not for one second did I ever think you had any education.

I do agree with you though...you are doing a great job of subverting and twisting the simplicity that is in Christ, without any higher education.

Its amazing how my little threads always take off...wow 25 pages!

I personally think TFT is THE most brilliant mind in the Apostolic Movement!
He uses one thing that MOST of us dont...WISDOM in how to handle people that dont see it like us!
And THAT is why God is opening doors everywhere for him...and he is "cross polinating"!
Hats off to this great bishop, leader and one of my most trusted mentors in ministry!

And for those of you that dont agree with my assesment...its ok to be wrong....and dont really care what you think...
There....that plain enough?

Social Doctrine. Now I heard it all. I would hate to see those who call this a social doctrine or personal conviction, and how about ten years from now, how they then will view salvation. Seen it before, am seeing it now.

Price, I am sorry for this but my pride and sense of loyalty to a man I greatly respect reqire I point something out.

Here you are effectivly takeing the side of Bishop Tenny. A man you have personally attacked. Speaking of him as though he were neither saved nor even an Apostolic.

I find this quite troubling and therefore must ask, have you changed your opinion of the good Bishop?

TFT spoke truth in this message. I speak only to what he has said on this message. I stand by what he has said. As I said, I was surprised to hear this spoken, and very relieved. But, this aside, in times past, he has not been as I believe he should have been, and I will continue to speak against such.

You should make allowances. Not everybody can be as stable as you have been in what they believe and preach.

You got to give me credit. I haven't used the past against WP. The present presents enough material to keep it rolling for a while. This is a shot below the belt. Let's keep this a clean fight.
