I'm very disappointed about #3 passing. That says a lot of negative things about our organization, IMO.

I think that someone needs to help the UPC develop a way for Pastors/ministers that aren't able to go to conference to still be able to vote.
They could have the ministers register on a website and then mail each minister a special pin number that gave them access to vote.
