You know Jesus was tempted in the garden with his own word, It amazes me sometimes how decieved we can allow are selves to be.

Somebody on this thread said Dr. Jeffers was UPC but I thought in earlier discussions it was said he was not.

That was one reason some took offense at some remarks he made in a sermon at some conference when he was speaking to the UPC about something.

If I recall correctly, some where a bit offended by this BOTT message that discussed intimacy with Jesus as compared to that of the marriage...or something close to that...and he might have been somewhat graphic in nature...to some.....

The incident I was referring to was when he leveled some criticism at the UPC while preaching a UPC meeting. It was not anything really bad but apparently some didn't appreciate his "insights".
