I am happy and thankful for all those who are in their first marriage and intend to make it their last. Honor should go to Sis. Falla and her family who are great Christian examples.
But, I will say for those of us divorced, some once, some twice, and even some three times - well God is good and merciful. We're still serving God and are happy.

The statistic is not quite right because if we are to determine how many marriages end up in divorce vs. those that remain married, then each marriage will count as one. Here, on AFF, we have plenty of married couples that are posters and each of them is voting "never been divorced" and so their marriage is being counted twice in this statistic. Whereas those that are divorced (more likely than not) do not have their ex-husband or ex-wife posting here too and selecting "divorced"...so the number does not quite accurately represent marriages that remain vs. divorce.

It still is an accurate representation of active posters on AFF. I did not know very many here were married. My wife does not post here.

Her maiden name was Journey and I have to say, "I wouldn't take nothing for my Journey now!" There goes my Raven identity so I suppose I'll have to continue to post under my other Nom de Plume.
