Needing Mercy-I Have A Confession To Make...

I was asked by my wife to bake muffins last night & I chose Betty Crocker Devils Food Chocolate mix.

Well in making the mix up and pouring it into the bowl, and after all the muffin cups were filled I........... This is really hard to say......I ..... "LICKED THE BOWL!"

And I was not ashamed! I licked the bowl even though my wife said, "Honey, don't lick the bowl!"

Yes, I licked it even though my son said, "Daddy, why are you licking the bowl, mommy said no!"

Are there others on here who indeed lick the bowl as well?

BTW, The muffins were good too!

Pray for me!

I always end up eating more of the cookie dough than actual baked cookies.

But that's not really a confession as my hubby has never told me not to.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is good too!
My wife also chides me for eating that as well!

Sir, it is your WIFE who needs mercy not YOU!

Even scripture says that men and women have very different roles to fullfil.

licking the Bowl is a husbands duty. (something about payback for having to take out the trash)
