AFF AllStar Staff Draft: If you had a mega-church?
If resources were unlimited and you could collaborate w/ other posters on this forum to create a dream team staff for a mega-chuch under your leadership or just as a congregant ...
who would you pick?
What would they do? Why?

My first pick in the Mega-Church draft would be
1. Mama Alvear .... she would be be Pastor of Evangelism.
Her heart for outreach and love for the lost is evident in all she says and posts.
She is also a woman of action.

4. Pastor of Operations - Pastor Poster.
He has vast experience in logistics. Is attentive to detail ... very conscious about being cost-effective and accountable to the people of God .... and has the people skills (for the most part) to run the day to day operations.
Love to hear him preach too.

No one touches Adino on sound doctrine ... his gentle and wise approach would be vital in seeing new converts grow in the Lord.
