Once again it comes down to the question of whether one accepts the fact in the case referred to. If you are against Obama, then you will not accept the legitimate reason he opposed this piece of legislation. He is a constitutional lawyer. I think I can trust his judgment when he says that the rights that this piece of legislation sought to grant these children were already guaranteed in the constitution. The doctors who are bound by their professional oath to help these children also opposed this legislation for this very reason.
