Many times things are said in humor, but until you get to know someone, you may not recognize it as humor. Especially when someone has a very dry, or sarcastic wit. Many will be blunt. Some are even perceived as being rude, when that was not the intention at all. That's the problem with written words.

If you will stick around long enough to get to know us, you'll see that we may fuss at each other, but we're still drawn together in love. When needs arise, we have a wonderful family gathered here ready to drop everything and pray.

It's hard to find that anywhere else in an online community.

I enjoy AFF. It is a good mixture of people and the ones that don't challenge you make you chuckle. There are only a few that might not mesh as closely but I believe they are seeking their past.

There are enough filled with love to make up for the few different ones.

AFF is a lot like a Church.

At its core are a lot of good people that it'll be great to spend eternity with.

Behind the scenes are a few people that do most of the work.

There are a handful of people who were baptized in battery acid and never got over it.

A few looney tunes (You can't have a church without them).

And, the vagabonds who only show up enough and only stay long enough to find fault with everybody else.

I've belonged to every forum since FCF and have found them all very friendly.

Forums are like mirrors: the friendly find friends; the kind see kindness; and the rest tar the forum with whatever blackness is coating their own eyes.

This forum has some of the finest Christians you'll ever know behind its screen names, and a quite a few nuts. We all decide who we want to spend our time and energy on.

Many of us have been here since early 2007 and longer as we bridged over from the earlier site.

As in any forum share your thoughts.

I don't have time to read this thread only your initial post.

Most of the people here on AFF are former UPC or XApostolic.

Some still go by Pentecostal or Apostolic but they believe in salvation Assembly of God Style.

There's only about 30% of left on the forum that are still true Apostolic.
