I think this would apply to Bro. Haney and his staff but on a lesser level. His staff would be glad to answer your question and if deemed necessary, place you though to Bro. Haney. I am sure he has enough on his plate and would need to sort through the priorities for any given day.
By the way: I work a full time job. I have a boss, my boss has a boss and his boss works for the people (elected). It is called change of command and or Rules of Order. There is a sectional leader for every state, there is a state leader for every state, there is a regional leader for every region, there is a executive leader above that, then there is Bro. Haney.
As for the original question. I do agree the the UPCI web site does need a contact section with all the emails listed for the department's including Bro. Haney's office staff. I agree the little number on the front page is not enough.
