Well, it's actually not a conference, but just our staff retreat, planning for 2009. But it's been great!!

You know it's a few days late, but on my trip to Jackson, I also met Deacon Blues.

He let me treat him to lunch, which was an honor for me.

We had a great time of fellowship, discussing all sorts of stuff-- and believe it or not, it was PEACEFUL!

In fact, I really didn't want our time of sharing to end.

I felt like somehow, he invested something in me in the short time we were together.


I thank God for all of the folks He allowed me to meet and fellowship with on my trip to Jackson, TN. I have decided that Jackson is not the place for me to be at this point in my life.

God is so AWESOME and His GRACE is so AMAZING! I thank Him for His kindness to me through His own supernatural power and through the actions of His people!

DB's parents are great people. I grew up knowing his family without actually knowing him. Pretty sad isn't it? Anywho he comes from good stock and besides he's a worthless nut, what more could you ask for?
