I know you would not exclude her, Ed.
Would her picture and interview grace the pages of MORE WALLS????

Um, yes I would.
She and I have nothing in common doctrinally.
Zilch, nada, nothing.
Nothing personal, but the PAW does not resemble anything I want to be a part of. Has nothing to do with race. Has everything to do with their recent proclivity to accept Trinitarianism.

Re: No More Walls blog show seeks Apostolic Unity
Oh please, you folks think anything that breathes qualifies as "Apostolic."
Same thing with "Pentecostal."
Give me a break.
You cry for tolerance but you are the most intolerant bunch around.

Interesting ... last I looked PAW is Oneness, Ed.
Do they allow Trinnies to speak at their church ... yes.
Is that accepting the doctrine of the Trinity ... hmmm ...???
PAW is still a 3 stepping org ... so yes you have quite a bit in common.
Ed have you ever fellowshipped with Trinnies?

Sure I have, but they do not call themselves "Apostolic" or "Oneness Pentecostal." They don't deliberately misinform as you have a propensity to do. Daniel, I loathe hidden agendas.
Admit it, you despise what you call three-step doctrine. You do not want tolerance and inclusion, you want eradication of all three-step doctrine.
Tolerating false doctrine is a big no-no, according to our Lord and Saviour.

So if the PCI view was the majority held view in the UPC back in '72, would Daniel have become the Lee Westburg of that group?

For me personally, the three-step doctrine has brought nothing but confusion and frustration to my life. While the three-steps are actually good and should be followed, the confusion that results from this doctrine is what makes me angry.
I tried so hard to find God through the three-step doctrine. I loved the doctrine and was taught it by well meaning loving parents but those three-steps had me horribly confused and it wasn't until I stopped worrying so much about steps and just fell into the arms of Christ did God start working in my life.
Personally I don't like the doctrine and I would send a new convert to a Baptist church before I would send them to my local UPC.

Gee, that's not very tolerant of you.
So, let's see. You are willing to accept Trintarianism, but not three-step doctrine.
Got it!

What is so wrong with repentance, baptism in Jesus name, and receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of tongues like the first disciples did on the day of Pentecost?
