That's an "argument from silence" brother...absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
The text doesn't say say one way or another.
The best we can say is that the scripture doesn't describe him receiving the Holy Ghost baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues. But you cant say for a fact that it didn't happen.

Sam, as you know, there is not copyright on the word Apostolic. It means different things to different people.
I believe he has the right to define Apostolic as he sees fit... just as you and other 1-steppers here have your own [broader] definition of what Apostolic is.
