The only thing more predictable than the "prostitutes do it, so it's a sin" argument is the "pagans used to do it, so it's a sin".

That line of reasoning is old, tired, and weak.

So if certain pagans used to go on their rooftops at sunrise to pray to their god... now that makes it wrong for me to pray to my God on my rooftop at sunrise?? Makes no sense, but that's the kind of conclusion you get when you apply their reasoning consistently.

A standard argument for the Seventh Day Adventists, etc.

I'm assuming Coadie and his other buddies here worship on Sunday. I wonder if they know that there are Sabbatarian Apostolics who will make the argument that they are following a pagan practice if they worship on Sunday?

Nope Seven days. Actually between house church, small groups and hombe bible studies, sometimes it is daily.
