Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.

Truthseeker didn't come in proclaiming that God had no opinion. He was asking an honest question. He wanted people's thoughts and opinions on the subject.

Thank you, I'm interested in both sides position, but prefer to see scripture on the subject regardless of position being presented.

Oh come on, do you really believe that his 5-10 repeats for a scriptural cite that witnesses God's opinion on cosmetics was not positioning his view that God does not have one?
I am very happy for you that you can see the role TS has played in this thread as just a guy wanting to explore a topic.
He started with the "wanton eyes" angle, not cosmetics. At some point he found a more fun horse to ride and saddled up.

Do you weard wedding rings?
Do you believe wedding rings are a sin?
Do you wear cufflinks, and/or tie-tacks?
Do you believe it's ok for a woman to have a decorative hat-pin stuck in her hat?
Do you observe Easter or Christmas?
Do you worship your God on Sundays?
