Ideal government:
1. Protects the freedom of its people from intrusions by forces outside its commonwealth.
2. Protects the freedom of its people from intrusions by forces within its commonwealth.
3. Minimally and efficiently funds itself without aim for profiting individuals outside of just and reasonable compensations for services rendered in pursuit of items 1 and 2.
4. Does nothing else.
