My mistake; I didn't realize that Sharia was specifically mentioned. Regardless, the meaning is still the same, and it generalizes with "international." I don't see how this would be any different from banning the Bible being used to decide court cases.

Sharia is a violation of the constitution in and of itself. any arguement that a law that prohibits its use in American law cannot be unconstitutional.

This will make Islam look stupid again. Sharia is pressured form of religion used to apply rules. Awad who filed the case doesn't have standing in Oklahoma. He is not admitted to the bar. Of course the Musilims toss that out also and will say that Imamas will be able to practive law in Oklahoma even tho they are not lawyers.

Of course I don't see the states law schools requiring the study of arabic so the grads can study sharia.
