I knew it was a hybrid to begin with, I didn't view it as a Trinitarian baptism, but rather a bridge between the two camps. But curiously I am only taking fire from one side of the bridge.

I understand your POV, but from a mommy perspective, I wouldn't allow something that precious to be fodder for arguments and debate. JMO, Baron.

It might be different if she hung out on here. Not too worried about it.

But thanks for being concerned.

Wasn't going after his daughter but doctrine. Besides I deleted it because of something Miss B wrote.

NOW, can you show me how it is okay for you can accuse me of wrongdoing for questioning a method of baptism because imo it is not scriptural (I didn't go after his daughter) but it is okay for you to condemn a minister who teaches a false doctrine (HMH)?

EA,

I think what disapoints me the most is the unethical behaviour you are exhibiting here. If you have determined this forum is evil and you should not be here then why not just quietly go away?

To use this very forum to urge people to leave it is despicable and not something I expected from you.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

We share a sense of disappointment. We share the belief that some actions are despicable. We share a sense that some things are unethical.

Unfortunately, we disagree as to the source of those shared beliefs.

To be clear then you are telling me you have no problem with the ethics of using this forum to urge people to leave it? If so then I have misjudged your character for years now.

Is this forum being used to urge people to accept Trinitarianism as an equally valid theological view? Is this forum being used to urge people to cast off Oneness doctrine?

Breach of ethics?

What of Bible doctrine?

Ethics would require anyone worth their salt to take a stand against false doctrine.
