the better analogy is with Miranda.
You have certain rights extended by the constituion. However, you can choose to surrender those rights volentarily.
With flying, you surrender your right not to be searched as a term of use.
Where i have an issue is that TSA as a government agency should have stricter standards for search than a private company has....
further my issue (which of course is the one I find to be more important,) is we are talking about inneffective and ineffecient methods when there are far better options.
