So, you asking the question means that you should not allow him to sing his message in your church. You are just stirring trouble, because you wouldn't allow an UC to preach something that you "believe" isn't scriptural, right?

I'm a bit confused here.

Which songs sung by DH specifically do you feel represent "false doctrine"?

It would not just be what I believe. It would have to be in the word of God. Not just in the manual.

Well some of you may have read my "hello" message and in it I showed all of the guitars I had.

Do you know WHO was the main influence from the years when I started guitar....here's a clue...it was NOT Lanny Wolfe! LOL!

It was DALLAS HOLM! I am a huge fan and have been for many years. Went to see him in concert numerous times when he came to the collesium in Jackson, Tennessee where I lived for 20 years and attended a UPC church there.

To me, I would just go with what my pastor said....if he would not feel comfortable with him comming to do a concert in my church...I would not want him to come. If he said it was OK, I would not mind having him.

But personally, I do not see a problem...as long as there was a mutual understanding that he was not going to introduce trinitarian doctorine to the congregation, I don't see the rub. Some of you may have not seen him in concert over the years, but I have!

To me, he seems like someone who is more sincere about the Lord, than a LOT of apostolic artists I have seen! And that says a LOT! He seems to come off as genuine...don't know if he is or not. But at least at the concerts I have attended, he has always stressed about christians being real and not phony.

I do NOT agree with trinitarian doctorine, but to have someone like him come and JUST sing? Personally, it would not bother me one bit!

Well, there ya go. So why would you allow someone who doesn't believe the same way as you (because they interpret differently) to preach or sing a message. That was the whole point of asking my origanal question. You think that conservatives grossly misinterpret, but you know as well as I, that it is just as possible for even you to do such a thing.

Ok, Bro, I'll ask yet again.........

1.) Do you even know any DH songs?

2.) If so, exactly which ones do you think represent false doctrine?

3.) Are you just ASSUMING that he will sing a song with a trinitarian message?
