Yes, it will be interesting to see the numbers voting for Trump tonight.

People are trying to play the Supreme Court nominee choice as a reason to vote for Donald. However, our federal courts are already a dumpster fire. This past weekend, Judge Roy Moore was suspended over his gay marriage stance. So, the SCOTUS argument is hogwash.

Not voting for Trump is not a vote for Hillary either. Voting for Trump is voting for Trump, hanging every outrageous slur, insult and classless act around our neck. That is just not going to happen for many of us who stand on principle.

I agree with Cruz keeping delegates and trying to influence the party platform, since Trump has signaled he wants to change it.

Had a friend tell me I'm ruining America by refusing to vote for Trump. I stopped posting on FB because of friends who have become Trumpsters, who became hysterical and began name-calling when I posted about Trump's hiring of the Democrat and George Soros fund worker/donor as campaign finance director.

Case in point your complaint about the lack of criticism against obama. A cursory glance at either PO or my posts would show we have grilled obama PLENTY over the last 8 years, as have other conservatives.

Unfortunately, as you know, establishment Republicans control things in DC. You seem unable or unwilling to separate establishment from conservatives.

The man you constantly libel, Cruz, is one of the few in Congress who have tried to bring conservative change to Congress.

Woefully ill-informed is how I view you.

I don't know how I would classify someone who claims Ted is a Canadian citizenship and when the courts (8 last I counted) ruled he is an American citizen, you hold your banner higher against the truth.

The readers can decide whether you are ill-informed or dishonest. I'll side, for the most part, on woefully ill-informed.

Despite the "Senior" Senators, Governors who had too much pride to admit a Junior Senator was more intelligent, informed and principled than they, MSM, Fox News, Rush, Hannity, Ingraham and Palin being against the most consistent Conservative in the race, he did pretty well.

Aside from Cruz not making the cut, we should be more concerned why these people really hated him so much. I would suspect the crony capitalist money trail he wanted to challenge.

Think about how Cruz risked winning Iowa by pushing against Ethanol subsidies. Look at those that were angry about that - Trump, the Iowa Governor, etc. - the crony capitalists.

You, Originalist, Benincasa and others pushed against a man that you know nothing about. The media framed a false narrative around Ted Cruz from the get go. However, and you can mark it down, the Conservatives aren't going anywhere, despite Trump saying he doesn't need us.
