Some men need to heed the voice of a women, beginning with the one they live with, and then grow up and lead their household as God directs.

Re: Do You Believe In Women Preachers?
AS I said before our opinions of the church are different...I HAVE WORKED ALL MY ADULT life mainly in areas where very few men were available. Today I am a married woman and deeply respect my husband and would nothing to hurt or hinder his work or the mission work on purpose. I STILL GO INTO MANY PLACES WITH HIS PERMISSION WHERE THERE ARE NO CAPABLE MEN...HOWEVER IN OTHER AREAS THERE ARE MEN THAT TODAY ARE PASTORS THAT ARE MY SONS IN THE LORD...they know I DO NOT LIKE TO SIT ON THE PLATFORM but if they call I would never disobey them for I Respect them as MEN OF GOD.
We visit churches in the states that do not believe in women workers and I JUST SIT AND WORSHIP....WHATEVER PLEASES THEM PLEASE ME...IF THEY WANT TO HEAR A MISSIONARY STORY I will tell one if they don´t want me up talk that is fine too...the cause of CHRIST is far greater than any earthly cause. I AM A REPRESENTATIVE OF HIS CAUSE SO WHATEVER IS SOMEONE´S CUP OF TEA IS FINE WITH ME....I do not carry any chips on my shoulders and whatever is said must be examined on the scales of the one that said, GO YE INTO ALL THE WORLD AND PREACH....

New Living Translation (©2007)
She came along just as Simeon was talking with Mary and Joseph, and she began praising God. She talked about the child to everyone who had been waiting expectantly for God to rescue Jerusalem.
English Standard Version (©2001)
And coming up at that very hour she began to give thanks to God and to speak of him to all who were waiting for the redemption of Jerusalem.
New American Standard Bible (©1995)
At that very moment she came up and began giving thanks to God, and continued to speak of Him to all those who were looking for the redemption of Jerusalem.
International Standard Version (©2008)
Just then she came forward and began to thank God and to speak about Jesus to everyone who was waiting for the redemption of Jerusalem.
GOD'S WORD® Translation (©1995)
At that moment she came up to Mary and Joseph and began to thank God. She spoke about Jesus to all who were waiting for Jerusalem to be set free.
King James Bible
And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem.
American King James Version
And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise to the Lord, and spoke of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem.

The need for ministry is so great, I would be very hesitate to hinder anyone that is at work in the harvest, in whatever capacity that God is clearly using them, be male or female.
Check out individuals throughout the scriptures, God has always used folks that were available with the heart to serve. Your efforts seemed to me to be seriously misguided!!!

Ahhh yes, the ol' "cultural card" for I Tim. 2. Hmmm, I suppose it was also just "cultural" for women to be dressed in modest apparel...right? So now, I suppose that our women can show to church in a swimsuit? "Misguided" indeed......

I see, so now everyone who "speaks of redemption" is automatically classifed as being in the official capacity of the 5-fold ministry???? Still waiting on you to deal w/ I Tim. 2:11-15:________________? I'll not just sit here & play defense all the while you ignore the myriad of passages that I've provided.

That's not in the church.

Well, what is modest most certainly is cultural.

Re: Do You Believe In Women Preachers?
The Bible CALLS ANNA a prophetess, a female prophet. As a matter of fact, she is probably one of the last prophets that we see in the Bible who proclaimed the coming of the Messiah.

Re: Do You Believe In Women Preachers?
This was a woman with whom God spoke. She came at a time when there had been
no prophets for 100's of years.
