you tell me how men in the church today travail like woman, not to many, God has made a woman strong to help carry the family and if it is in her hair - so be it, the hair is a covering, it is a obedience to God, God is over man-- man is over woman, it is a spiritual thing for a man to be the spiritual leader, but let me tell you something woman are the ones carrying the family most of the time, the men need to step up to the plate and take on convictions, and quit putting it in the ladies lap all the time,

First of all it's NOT in her hair. Second of all IF and I say IF men can't travail like women then maybe that is our problem. We think men have to be like women when they pray. This is what this is all leading to, the feminizing of the church. Men can pray just as "good" as women. We don't have to be emotional in order for God to hear us. We just need FAITH!

It's such a huge myth that women can pray and men can't. This is worse than Married With Children episode that depicts the man as a loser all the time. It's no wonder we have more women than men in the church!

See? you just reinforced what DA said about your posts. This is why so many men don't like going to a womans church...they are MEN! WE got all these women whining about where the men are...why husbands don't go to church. It's because of this kind of attitude.

See the real problem is her long hair is supposed to be a symbol of the man's position in order of creation on her head. What we got now is women rebelling against that and making it instead something entirely different. Maybe that is what is really wrong with the church today?

Is your church weak church?

Our church has as many men praying in the prayer rooms, prayer chains, and leading home prayer as women. They step right on up to that plate - every time there is a need.

And, as a woman, I don't "compromise" and most of the women in church that I know don't "compromise." We DON'T believe there is power in our hair. Yet, we still have souls coming to God, our men are strong and they pray, we pray, and our kids pray.
