Re: Creflo Dollar
If one of my kids laid a hand on mom, all she has to do is tell me and it will never happen again sure.

Re: Creflo Dollar
I have not had to resort to hitting, choking or otherwise physically harming my children. They knew that they had a choice to live here or elsewhere if they did not want to abide by our rules, which were not grevious rules. My oldest son feared the truck keys being taken away so much that he was always home on time. My youngest son did not care to drive or go much of anywhere. He is a computer geek as well and amused himself with the world of computers and tai do. God blessed me with two great kids in a world where all their classmates were drinking, smoking and getting girls pregnant.
And, we did not abide by man's clothing standards of the church, tithe or any of the church requirements to be "holy". The Holy Ghost convicted us of anything He felt was not proper.
I only pray for God's continued blessings and strength to walk with Him in this dying old world.

The Holy Ghost convicted you of everything, except paying your tithes, when its clearly stated in the Bible

Of course...of course I would have paid my tithe if my preacher was part of the levitical priesthood. The levites had no land inheritance to raise their substance like the rest of the tribes did.
As it stands now, every one of us has the earnest of our inheritance with the Holy Spirit. Many preachers are bivocational. I have no qualms about pitching in for expenses but I do think the big buildings and high salaries go beyond what should be expected. UPC always expected the people to give of their substance and of their time. Why can't the preachers do the same? But that's another thread and one of those threads that go round and round. I cannot understand living off the gospel and asking people to pay for something that Christ freely gave to us.

Circuncision is clearly stated in the bible as well.

Just because something is clearly stated in bible doesn't means it applies to us.
