Abraham believed God correct? He proved that faith was true by obedience.
I believe God when he says to repent--I bring forth fruits for repentence.
I believe God whe says to be Baptized--I am baptized.
I believe God when he says to receive the Holy Ghost--I receive the Holy Ghost.
I believe God when he says be ye holy, for I am holy--I cleanse myself from all filthiness of the flesh & spirit.

It ain't complicated--if you have faith--you will have works by your obedience.

I could go into a 10 page disertation but this is the Ron's notes version.
I have repented

I have been Baptized. ( I have never met a new believer that was not excited to be Baptized)

I have spoken with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.

I am walking after the Spirit trying to live a life pleasing to God.

My next door neighbor is an good old Baptist sister who loves the Lord and is saved.

She has repented
She has been Baptized
She has the Spirit of God. Never spoken in tongues but sure has much fruit.
She is walking out her faith and living a life pleasing to God.
She cuts her hair and wears pants and a touch of makeup.

If you could write a 10 pager off a handful of scriptures and I bet somebody else could write a 10 pager about Faith, Grace and Justification based upon the finished work of the Cross.

Everyone I know including the Apostles recieved the Holy Ghost evidenced by speaking with other tongues a fullfillment of "with stammering lips & another tongue will he speak to his people" Does she have a special exemption?

She is walking out her faith and living a life pleasing to God.

Now why would she cut her hair in contravention of I Corr 11, I know of no one who can deliberately disobey scripture & still be saved!
Do you know where make up originated? Pagans, heathens & it is displeasing to God. As well as being vain & prideful it evokes a question that perhaps God did not make us beautiful enough. I believe the scriptures teach that our spiritual life is more important than the natural one!

I would also add that the Bible teaches that if one doesn't "obey" faith, action word, then Christ himself will come and take vengeance on them himself!

Brother preacher, you have no idea why most people leave. Many people make outrageous assumptions as to why people leave their ranks.

Why don't you ask a few former members and really listen to what they say.

Yep back to where we started at! Going in a full circle.

I hope no females in your family wear powder on their face because that is considered makeup.

I would not want Jesus to smote them in the middle of the night.
