What we do know of the report says that the van made an UNDISCLOSED stop that was only made aware to the department because of a camera video footage. Again, this reaks of a cover up. Wonder why they didnt disclose the stop?

1. Nobody knows what happened. We can doubt or suppose all day long....

2. To the emboldened statement I'm not sure that that's how that really happened.

I understand why the call was made not to engage the looters...... if they had the riots would have been far worse, Baltimore as a city is a different animal than most places. There was no "good" way of handling what happened Monday Night.

I actually didn't read about when he died. It's rather immaterial anyway. The question still remains - What does "mostly quiet" mean? You say the other person in the van said Gray was silent, but your article says, "mostly". "Mostly" means "for the most part". So he couldn't have been "silent".

BREAKING: State Attorney says there is probable cause to file criminal charges in the death of Freddie Gray.

No word yet of how many officers. I believe a press conference will be scheduled for later today.

Those worried about a cover-up and lack of transparency shouldn't be. The State Attorney's office has done a great job of conducting this investigation.

After an investigation is complete is when the State Attorney should be more transparent.

The very attractive prosecutor says that all six cops will be charged.

So now it's a homicide to not put on a prisoner's seatbelt? The testimony of the witness (who now fears for his life) that said he heard the prisoner slamming himself against the van does not count? Sounds like the prisoner needed a straight jacket and padded cell instead of a wagon.

I wonder if the fact that some of the arresting cops were black will make a difference to the white hating mob that is currently being allowed to destroy Baltimore? Probably not.

I was just getting ready to post about the other suspect in the van and how he said he heard noises, but couldn't see anything. I was going to suggest that since the suspect couldn't see anything, he couldn't know whether it was Gray banging around in his cage or someone else assaulting Gray.

The previously undisclosed stop also is very suspicious.
