I heard the message from STS and I too felt he was hyper critical of the majority of the standard doctrines of the UPCI. I appreciate your confidence in your pastor and his not having any one who has ever hinted at an UPCI over emphasis of Jesus Name baptism, but I am sure he hasn't listened to every word Dr. Jeffers has spoken. It could be that your confidence in your pastor is not misplaced while CS is also correct in his assessment.

I would agree with you. I have NEVER heard him be critical of JESUS NAME baptism.

I will try to find my copy of the CD and see if I can get you a transcript of the parts that were so condescending and out of order in a gathering of saints who were present minus their pastors.

If your pastor was at STS and approved of the good Dr.'s ministry there, then I am going to respectfully withdraw from exchanging comments with you on this subject.

I do not want to knowingly engage in direct dialogue with you that contradicts your pastor.

So, still no one has the answer of who he is affiliated with? No one to answer to??? No spiritual authority except God? That is not really how I have interpeted the Bible. I maybe wrong. I believe we all have to have someone that we are accountable to, so we are on the right trac.

He may have elders that he submits to; I don't know about that.
