I've never felt that way about men, generally speaking. Sure there are some men that are hard on the head but there are definitely women that the description could apply to for sure.

Excellent post, Felicity! I was trying to think of how I could respond to that post, and finally decided that since I was a man, anything I could say would be wrong, so thank you for expressing the feelings of the men on the forum!

Same exact thing happens around here...........some read a post with an "attitude" and tell that person what they are saying instead of listening to what the person is really saying.
Things are read with preconceived ideas biasing the real meaning.

This is so true, Renda...happens to us all.
Bias is based on expereince, but more often than not, what we perceive as intent.
And due to the logistics involved...internet conversation rather than face to face or voice to voice conversation, it makes it even more important that we slow down...something I really need to work on!!
