Sam, as you know, there is not copyright on the word Apostolic. It means different things to different people.
I believe he has the right to define Apostolic as he sees fit... just as you and other 1-steppers here have your own [broader] definition of what Apostolic is.

If those believing that the completion of Acts 2:38 is what constitutes full biblical salvation, are heretics, where does that leave those who fellowship with them?
Titus 3 10A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;
