You're a funny guy, in a weird sort of way.
And I think you really, really care what I think.
However, what you fail to realize is that I couldn't care less if you "stand up to me." You are Danny Devito compared to many other posters I have matched wits with.
For the record, my problem with you does not involve our personal dialogue. It's the remarkable change in your online persona over the past couple of months. You have become entirely too assertive and, at times, downright mean-spirited, as evidenced in your dialogue with Deep Threat earlier today.

THIS HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE BEFORE!
This has occurred on every forum I have ever posted on that didn't require the use of real names. Further, I think using real names is downright insane. There is a reason why they call this the world wide WEB. There are people who live to twist words and hurt people.

While retaining the inalienable right of Apostolic people to publicly practice insanity, I agree with you.
In an era of widespread data mining we should all be careful when using the www.

And that is what is so revealing about Dr. Vaughn's online persona. Shouldn't a doctor have the mental capacity to realize that braggadocious claims can be verified?
I mean, he gave very specific information. He named the schools he attended and the degrees he earned. Very silly move when you consider these things are 100% verifiable with just a little bit of research.

I gave three years of my life, and a lot of hard work, to earning a Bible School diploma. It's easy to get irritated with these pseudo-doctors who sent three box tops and $25 to a post office box in Florida or California.

Even not usng real names does not insure anonymnity. I remember a few years ago on a predecessor forum to AFF I was a new poster with much more anonymnity than I have now yet within a few days of posting a Canadian poster PM'd or emailed me with my name and had viewed pictures of my daughters wedding online!
Apparently if you are an amateur sleuth and are astute enough to put a few clues together you can find the goods on just about anybody.
As far as alternate identities goes on the forum usually ones posting style will give a person away. It is hard to adopt an alternate style for any period of time.

Titus2woman on AFF
"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

I also think there should have been some bans handed out over this.
1. The good Doctor, for false assertions.
2. Rico and Epley for their comments toward Deep Threat.
Calling someone a coward and liar should be bannable. That is, if AFF's rules have any teeth. This is not an open condemnation of admin. They were just being extremely merciful.
