I haven't spoken to either one of them about it...I'm only going by what I read. Looks like it was over before it began.

How are things with you, ILG?!

Well, I disagree with that...but.....

We had a great evening last night. I had a surprise Bday for my husband and invited a number of friends. He almost said he was too tired to go the restaurant and I don't know what I would have said then!! But we had a great time. He hasn't had another kidney stone attack, thank God. He's worn out right now though but hopefully will get better day by day to gain strength for the chemo or radiation. Monday we find out more.

*have always been* Please note the tense.

If in this thread with the initial posts I made Rhonda feels I was unkind then that in itself is a good reason to apologize. There are times when all of us feel justified in what we say or do and don't feel as if we've been unkind, but if it will keep peace and if someone else feels wounded because of our words, then there are times when the best thing to do is apologize. As Rhonda did. As I have done.

Okay, well good enough. Just know that it wasn't only Rhonda who felt it was unkind.

I'm well aware. There has been unkindness on this thread besides what "the masses" feel was on my part, and others have perceived that. *shrug*

I've stated several times why I said what I did. It was not meant to be "personal" per se, but it felt that way to Rhonda and so I apologized to her.

She apologized to me way early on and I thought that was the end of it.

I suppose it was the end of it for you. She apologized to you and you accepted. Period. No apology from you until way later. Anyway, I have a tendency to stick up for the underdog in many cases.
