I love it that Gabby's is one click out of the fellowship hall. It reminds me to check here and post more. Maybe some life will come back to Gabby's.

Sure is nice to see you posting again. Don't you dare get offended and leave us again. LOL

It is definitley a money saver - breastfeeding!!!!!!!!!!!! I pay around $25.00 a week for formula!! My daughter will only take one certain kind - the rest makes her fussy!

My husband didn't care one way or the other - he was happy when I switched her over so that he could feed her. I think I was more upset at myself than he was for not breastfeeding longer.

I miss my kids being little... mine are growing up too fast. Ages 17, 14 and 8 now. I love hearing these new mom's talking about their little ones. It brings back happy memories for me.

My husband is the world's worst about bringing home stuff he finds at the recycling center... and sometimes he actually brings home something I like.

A few days ago, he brought home 7 large rubbermaid tubs of DISHES. I found maybe a dozen pieces I wanted, and he's taking the rest back to the recycling center tomorrow to let someone else have a chance at. If they don't want it, I guess it will go to Salvation Army or something. The church thrift store doesn't sell a lot of dishes, so the lady that runs it didn't want me to bring them there.

Yesterday he brought home three large trash bags full of girls clothing. There were a few hoodies and things the girls could wear, but most of it was for younger girls. It was all nice name brand clothing like The Children's Place, GAP, Gymboree, etc.... Nothing from Walmart. If I had time to launder it all, take photos and list it on ebay, I could probably make quite a bit of money on it. But I just don't have time... since I have one week to finish getting things ready for Samantha's graduation & reception.

I was going through the last bag of the stuff he brought home yesterday-- and found something I wasn't expecting. In the bottom of this bag were several Cabbage patch dolls. All from the early 80's. Most were in like new condition. A couple need the outfits washed because they are a little dusty. Other than that, they are in great shape. I've been looking around on ebay this morning to see if I can find all of them, and see what they are selling for. I think these are the ugliest little dolls. I never did like them. Apparently some people do like them, and I am hoping to find a collector that doesn't have these that are in my possession. It would be okay with me if several collectors start fighting over them when I get them listed on ebay. I will find the time to list those after the graduation.

I am getting stuff ready today to take to the church thrift store. Why is it so easy to let stuff pile up? I just did this a few months ago.... and now I have several rubbermaid tubs of stuff again that needs to be donated. I need to go through Michael's room again. I'm sure he's outgrown some more jeans. That boy is getting so TALL!!!!

Well, I've rambled enough for now... I really need to get back to work so I can get this stuff over there.
