Actually happened, lady was speeding and was pulled over ,she looked at her husband sitting in the passenger seat,(a cop)he said dont look at me, your on your own. Officer walks up ,she says do you know what happened to the last cop who pulled me over? The cop said really? give me a clue , I married him! she said, cop started laughing, said have a nice day, walked off.
Once I saw a highway patrolman in Texas using his turn signal, and he actually made a complete stop at a red light before turning right. Most people don't seem to understand (or don't care) that the law says right turn on red AFTER stopping.

Tis true, but most barely slow down before swinging around the corner.
I'm impressed the "lawman" signaled; locally it's not so common, of course they are in a hurry to do something really important..............like give out more tickets.

I was taking a bag of beer cans to the recycling center once and got pulled over for speeding (30 in a 20 zone),
Igot pulled over by the police going down the main road through town.There was two lanes going in each direction and the speed limit was 30 mph.I was in the slow lane and the police gave me a ticket for driving to slow.
