You and those like you rarely have an answer when your own passages are put in front of you. I do not blame you for ending this discussion with me as it is evident that you cannot answer your own passages nor supply any written reason, other than personal ego, to impose your views onto your followers.
Please know this: Discord aside, you and your fellows do not have the liberty of spreading your nonsense unanswered and you may expect to answer or not for your silly man-made rules. What works for me is answer it from your book. If you cannot then you fairly earn what you get for that. Don't forget that I well know your book though LOL

This is where you do not know me. I have voiced my concern over this in my early years in the organized church system. Nobody ever gave me an adequate answer...so please do not confuse this issue with the complicated issues that have happened to me. It could very well be that most Pastors are more longsuffering with their own, so to speak, than they are with anyone else.
That's human. Uncalled for, but human nonetheless.

The weaker brother argument is taken out of context with legalists. It is one of their last lines of defense of a weak argument. Paul wiped the floor with Peter when Peter tried playing legalistic around his buddies. No weaker brother argument there.

And no one really NEEDS a $500 suit and a $40K car or a $100K motor home to take the gospel to the world but plenty o'apostolic preachers/evangelists have them, LOL!

So if they make a good living at doing what they do, they shouldn't be allowed to afford to buy nice things?
I'm glad you're not in charge of the love offering given to evangelists and traveling ministers...
