Yes they are.

Can you imagine the reaction if some thought that their church members were taking part in a forum where they (the pastor) was not allowed to join or even view? LOL

In reality there isn't a need for such a forum since plain old email and instant message combined with existing forums fills the need 100%, but it is an interesting thought experiment.

I was on one one time,but it was a little boring to me.
