Yes, just conversation here, and I wasn't ascribing intentions you didn't state. Someone else brought up "moderation" as the basis to ding him on, which is presumably an applicable scriptural standard, in this case applied to sinner.
He can prolly "work on it" about as successfully as some hobbyist eaters. So are you saying "reversabilty" is applicable issue?

A few words come to my mind when I see a guy sporting an earring. Sissy is probably the closest to being "politically correct".
I'm a youth pastor and the guys in my group say earrings are for girls. They do think certain other piercings are kinda cool though.
I must have overlooked this one, LadyRev, I can assure you that I'm by no means a sissy, I am quite a masculine man, and I do hope as a youth pastor you don't try to instill that sense of thinking into young mold-able minds.
I'm sorry but it sickens me when someone in "leadership" makes statements like these, knowing full well the impact it has on their listeners.
