Re: I was asked to leave AMF for Apostolic Ministr

Seems to be a lot of fear abounding in forum land. We can hide from others and sometimes even ourselves. But we cannot hide from God, and we reveal our true selves to Him. And that includes preachers, teachers, doctors, lawyers, etc....... And sometimes, we find some truths about others that they thought were hidden. What was said about hurting the least of these? Sometimes it literally hurts my heart to read some things on an Apostolic forums.

This is a statement that I think if posted on every single forum even the ones we like and dislike would ring true on all ears.

Re: I was asked to leave AMF for Apostolic Ministr

It was after this that I "cross posted" a part of a discussion and found out quite suddenly that there's a "rule" against cross posting and I was banned. I had carefully read the rules when I joined. There wasn't any mention about cross posting at all, otherwise I would have refrained from doing it. It seemed to me that they had just made up this "rule" at that very moment and made it retroactive to my own actions.

The conduct struck me as immature and the backslapping seemed gratuitous.

AND... no one has yet been able to identify A SINGLE individual from about the year 200 - 1900 who believed the "whole package" Acts 2:38, message. Not one single human being in all of the 1,700 years!

And you expect people to never ask questions about this?

I would imagine it was more this that was the problem and not so much the other. Everyone has their day as the whipping boy on most forums. I've had shots taken at my stand here and have taken shots at the stand of others. I find posting on forums to be somewhat like disciplining a child. Don't do it when you're emotional or angry.

I really can't see how you can compare AMF to anything typical or normal in the realm of Internet forums. It's a fear based and highly charged atmosphere of self doubt. Anyone with an honest question must be silenced at all costs.

And you like the "make up the rules as you go" method of "self moderating?" Read that thread - your admins were the ones who were angry and emotional.

Personally I'd like to see more AMF's post here in public, or a place like CARM. But, I don't see either happening anytime soon. Much safer with in the house with the deadbolts locked.

Re: I was asked to leave AMF for Apostolic Ministr

Jon, I have found that answering foolish and accusing questions from unlearned people that have no clue gives credence to them and fuel to their insanity.
I am guilty of preaching the unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ and demonstrating His Power in the earth. Just remember that just because you make pointless accusations does not mean they have to be answered. Go do something productive in your little life and stop playing the policeman.
You are rude, crude and disrespectful. I don't owe you or anyone else on here any explanations. You have already read what I believe about the situation. If you are so concerned - go back to your AMF bleacher bunch and cut and paste from here and give them some more gossip and hatred to spread around.
You guys amaze me with your hatred and disrespect for ministry.
