Re: Welcome Azzan Thread
You know in this life on earth most of us don't have a choice but to "hang out" with sinners. And boy do I mean SINNERS!!!!!! Where are you going to go to avoid them? Work? Nope, there they are. School? Nope, they're there, too. Home? Sometimes there they are again. Well for those who can't handle it I have some advice. Stay in bed, pull the cover over your head, and don't come out. Good grief, imagine Jesus feeling that way. No, not Him, He said I will talk to you, walk with you, eat with you. And I will die on a tree for you. Thank you, Jesus for being the example of how we are suppose to live. Be very wary of avoiding people that are sinners, lest you become one yourself. What if someone thought you weren't worth telling about Jesus?

Where there is no attempt to correct, tolerance exists.
I see no push to save, only to accept.

So you push people to be saved? How's that working for you?

Absolutely I do.
Doesn't matter if it works. My job is to show the lost a better way.
It's called evangelism. Try it some time.

The battle cry of the 40-member church that's trying its best not to lose any of the 40.

Please stop with the drama.
This is always the collective response of the apostates on AFF.
Demonize, marginalize and hypothesize.
You have an agenda, Renda. It's obvious. AFF is what you wanted it to be.
It stands for nothing but freedom of speech, and the notion that it exists to win souls is downright sickening.
How can you win a soul win you can't even discern what it takes to be saved?

This is what he said on the subject.
Now, go through and read all the tripe he said about everyone else. The point Berk isn't that it's wrong to warn someone, it's that Charnock came here accusing people of accepting sin, claiming a homosexual does not need to repent. That's all just lies. The point Berk is that his attitude from beginning to end doesn't add up to someone that is just trying to save a soul, particularly to someone that already admitted he knows according to what the church teaches, he is lost.
It wasn't his quoting scriptures, it was an incessant rant both aimed at this person and at this board (reprobates) and the lie that we accepted sin or claimed this person does not need to repent.
That's what it's about.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
