Jesus Himself said He came to fulfill the law.
That doesn't mean He had to enact every specific ceremony and punishment detailed in the law.
Come on folks, you can do better.

What if Jesus Tithed, big deal. It's not something required any more now.
Tithes are now more required than Sabbath, circumcision or meat offerings.
The pass over was law, Jesus did it. Do you?
Do you do everything Jesus did? No....you don't.
Whats wrong with you? Why would I be interested in tearing down Gods church?
Are you insane or just an insulter and enjoy tearing down a brother with false accusations?
Brother my brother?

Your anti-anything UPC thread starting history marks you as someone I believe is interested in tearing down God's church. If you want to be perceived in a different light then quit starting so many "anti" type of threads. I am distancing myself from people I feel fall into this category. Don't be surprised if I don't respond to many of your posts in the future, seeing as how I have let the cat out of the bag. Take care.

I mean, that is attacking.......that is not allowed on aff.
I do not care if God showed anything about some else on AFF; you just do not go posting it and calling some one out by name.
Rico called me out by name in an very Negative post.
And then said God, showed him.....
He was wrong. It's an attack on me. That is wrong.

Too many people claiming truth; when truth is mixed with traditions and man made order.
Jesus completed the law on the cross Thur death and resurrection.
And I am sure there are many other things that were law that he specifically did not perform.
Wake up and smell the truth. All that is taught by Apostolic is not bible truth. Period.
And you your self know that Rico.
Give me a brake;I am trying to say God is a lier to get out of paying tithes.
What is wrong with you man?

Rico,
I have noticed and felt the same (red, above) things. There is, frankly, risk in engaging this fray. Not only is engagement unnecessary, but there is very little benefit of "proclaiming alternate views" for innocent bystanders. It's not to say that taking a stand is not commendable, but that this is not a very effective medium in which to make a stand. Perhaps it might be possible to win a non-Apostolic to the truth via the internet, but it is even more unlikely to happen here at AFF. Sinners must be shown love in the real world, not cyberspace. AFF regulars are highly unlikely to be undecided on most things.
What is manifesting itself here on AFF doesn't readily categorize itself as 'sinners,' and I daresay that in the flesh we and those we debate are usually talking past each other, but in the spirit world more significant things are taking place. People can achieve a state of mind and spirit from which only they themselves can initiate the return journey. I have observed what goes on here, and it goes beyond iron sharpening iron and faith being strengthened by challenges.
I offer you a thought experiment to perform for you entertainment and edification: Ask yourself, when reading a post, 'what is this person attempting to obtain for themselves with this post?,' and 'what is this person attempting to obtain from others with this post?' Let's not mistake loquaciousness for influence, and certainty for accuracy. In other words, some come here because they aren't quick enough to kick the cat.
Some of the junk on here should just be ignored. Some of it warrants rebuttal. My "new revelation" is that a good first rebuttal or position can be left to stand as it is. The "further clarifications" tend to have the opposite effect - they muddy the waters even more. Those in the know, and those on their way, will be able to perceive who has a steady demeanor and who goes at it a-flailing.
Hold fast to the faith with which you've been imbued. God has more for you, and too much internet is bad for your eyes and wastes time.
You're gonna make it!
God Bless you, Rico.

These tithes are found in Deut. 12 & 14.
However in the 1st tithe ALL that tenth was given to the levite it was theirs.
Num 18:21.
You are confused I am not saying this belittling you but you need to reread your passages. The pieces of the puzzle will only fit in the right places.

If your saying there was more then one tithe, some say three, please give scripture that supports more then one tithe.
Also, if there was more then one tithe, why is onely one taught today???

I would like to show you the difference.
Jesus never told anyone to keep the Sabbath he healed on the Sabbath. He told folks to tithe. Mt.23:23
Paul addresses the Sabbath keeping and it's fulfillment. Col.2:16-18, Heb.4, Rom. 14. Paul never said tithing was fulfilled but allluded to it. 1Cor. 9, Heb 7.
There is no record where anyone kept the Sabbath from Adam to Exo. 16 which was 15 days before the giving of the Law concerning gathering the manna. Tithing is seen in type in the garden the tree reserved, Abel and the firstling of the flock, then in actual practice 430 years before the law in Abraham in Gen.14 and in Jacob.
What did tithing TYPE that it was fulfilled??????????????????????????????
What about instrumental music??????????????????

Got some errors here:
Matt 23:23 jesus didn't people to tithe byut told jews who were under the law and obligated to pay them. let's not strecth scripture to say otherwise.
Firstling Abel gave has nothing to do with tithes. A firstling is the first born not first tenth.

Only the first tithe is binding since it existed before the law the other 2 were to Isreal as a nation. We no longer keep the feasts for that tithe is not necessary and we have no tithe of the 3rd year today.

The tithing to the levites was before the law???
The didn't practice tithes prelaw. where would they give it?
And why wasn't Jacob paying tithes already? Did Abraham forget to teach his sons?
Go to go, more later.
