Well I had friends that were atheists, I had no problem accepting them as friends, but sometimes they attacked Christianity, (sometimes they were a little mean) I often tried to ignore them or humor them but their ribbing made me study the scriptures more so that next time I could answer their arguments.
So if I was able to accept Atheists as friends I see no reason why I can not accept pagans as friends too.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

There is a big difference between being friendly, showing kindness and respect, and having fellowship. The Holy Spirit forbids us to have fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness.

maybe that is why they eventually left me.
they did not want to have fellowship with the fruitful works of light

I wonder how many Christians would pull a atheist out of a ditch, take him and feed him, care for him clean his wounds and take him to a hospital and tell the hospital that I will be responsible for all this persons medical bills?
Sounds to me like we lost something when we read the bible.

Even when they are filling lawsuits against Christians, trying to remove Christ even from the armed forces, calling us derogatory names and stuff?

I don't have the money to do that for anyone, atheists or not.
But the Christians I know don't care who or what you are. They would help anyways. What did we lose? Don't confuse the topic here. Nobody is denying helping those in need...nobody said that

Yep when they are mean to you, persecute you and anything else; love them, love them more and more.
I am not confused. I didn't say I would give them money to file lawsuits. I also will not dehumanize them by labeling them into a category. Those atheist are so special that Jesus shed his precious blood for them.
Yeah when it becomes us and them we have lost something. My two cents.
