I was gonna say I wish I understood the fascination with AI or other reality shows, but Im not sure I want to understand it.
Is it just entertainment? I never understood how sports fans get emotional over "their" team winning when they never played for that team, don't own it, don't know anyone on it...none of the players are from their city and yet some how they feel represented by that team lol

Maybe AI is different in that we, the viewers, DO have a say in it.
We get to vote. We get to voice our opinions.

right...do you vote and why? Is it purely entertainment? The only thing I've found remotely entertaining is the pre-hollywood stuff where they vote off the real losers that actually believe they are talented...it's pretty amazing really

I think it's fun to pick some favorites and root for them. Yes, I have voted before. Not often, but I have.
