Hey, I did learn a while back that the AS only applies to the Articles of Faith, so a man having license with the UPCI and owning a tv is not practicing perjury when he signs.
He is however being unscrupulous and showing a lack of integrity as he is breaking the General Constitutional bylaws of the Organization he has become a part of by ignoring General Constitution Article VII #31 (pg #42 in my book) which states:

So here we have the Official Word from the constituency at present, and until they vote to change it, those that do differently are being unethical, and show a lack of honesty and integrity.
