meaning this event did not find sponsorship by any gay organization.

In any case, I would not let my kid cross dress for such an event. however pulling ones child from public school should be based on a real reason. Homecoming activities isnt one of those reasons.

? so this newspaper is reporting on internet discussion boards and when they actually do some investagating the find that really nothing has been done?


sounds like a case of over reaction by just about everyone.

IF gender bender day was a district required event that produced a grade, I would have pulled my kid in a heart beat and run for the school board to get that business nixed.

but it appears this was not a required event at all. that kind of cross dressing thing has been done for decades.

silly if you ask me.

One can take a firm stand on their convictions without being hateful or unkind.I don't suggest anybody conduct themselves like that radical baptist church out west.
