Or better yet- have you ever thought of a name for God- as a personal name you would give him.
You might think this is weird but I know in the old testament they came up with all kinds of names for the Lord that had significance/special meaning.
I personally like the name Jesus better than any I know but it would be kind of neat to think about the possibilities.

I love that song.

Rev 19:12 His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself.
Rev 19:13 He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

That is powerful. Made me shiver.

Here is my point: throughout history God has either changed his name or people gave him a new name depending on what he is doing or did for his creation.
Once we are all saved, Jesus, (the saving name) won't really be needed but I believe He will have a new name and I thought I might be kind of fun to thing about what that might be.
The Word of God ok but boring. I can't imagine Him wanting to be called that lol.

Wouldn't it be ironic if that is what he will make you call him? So then you would be bored for eternity.

But knowing my Jesus, He isn't like that. Besides, how could heaven be boring?
