Re: Dance
Is Dance Scriptural?
How about outside the context of a religious service or worship?

I just can't go there, being raised the way I was. There is still alot of old line conservatism in me on some issues.

Are you serious Sherri?
----Sorry the happy dance smiley is not revealing the intent of your post - it might be an intended pun!

The dance smiley was intended. But no, I cannot dance to secular music, at least in front of anyone. Maybe I could with Eddie, but he's not a dancer, so that's a moot point. We do not allow dancing at weddings in our church building (fellowship hall). My daughter, on the other hand, LOVES to dance and has been so immersed in the Latino culture from her missions adventures, it is second nature to her.
I know no one believes this, but I still do have a few conservative hang-ups!!!

Re: Dance
Sherri, your honesty is refreshing.
I think dancing was a life style to the Jewish people...they danced almost on every occasion.
