Can I say I'm Apostolic because I went to a Bible School that used the word Apostolic in its name and successfully completed one year of study, or because I've belonged to a couple of churches over the years that used the term Apostolic in their names?
Does it count if I have business cards that say:
Apostolic in doctrine
Pentecostal in experience
Charismatic in practice
Non-denominational in affiliation
Inter-denominational in fellowship
Does it count if I am considered Apostolic in some people's opinion but not considered Apostolic in the opinion of others? How many opinions would I need to qualify as Apostolic that way?

I am Apostolic because I believe that Jesus is God manifest in the flesh as per Isaiah 9:6 and Matthew 1:23.
I am Apostolic because I believe the prophesy in Joel 2:28 was fulfilled in Acts 2:38; Matthew 28:19; Acts 10;45-46
I am Apostolic because I speak in tongues as prophesied in Isaiah 28:11 and fulfilled in Acts 2:38.
I am Apostolic because I am used in the gifts as per I Corinthians 12.
I am Apostolic because I live a holy and overcoming life as I submit to His Spirit as per James 4:7.
I am Apostolic because I dress modestly as per I Timothy 2:9. Where God leads me and in His will, I submit to the wishes of my local body pertaining to dress.
